Refunds will only apply to faulty goods that are returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

Personalised or custom orders cannot be refunded unless an error is made on the order or the item has a defect.

Posting
For items are in stock and ready for delivery, I aim to have the items posted within 1-3 business days from the date of the order.
Bespoke orders, made to orders and their delivery time will be provided once you put your request.

Delivery

I send out all products by Royal Mail standard delivery (this could take around 2 -3 working days to arrive depending on location) or International Standard Delivery (7-10 working days). All international delivery options are available upon request and are belongs to the customer.

You may choose to receive your product by Signed For® 1st Class with an additional fee. Please contact for a quote.

*Delivery takes longer than usual due to the constraints of the current situation.

Unfortunately, I can't be held responsible for lost or damaged items in the post. However, should this rare event occur, I will do everything I can to follow up with the delivery company and work with you to try to resolve the problem. In case of the need, the delivery company may leave the parcel in a secure or sheltered place. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide such a place if they are not around.

However, for any reason if you can't provide such place then, please select the Signed For® option – for a small additional cost. This will add an extra protection for your item.
