At CreArtive Design, we take care to ensure your handmade items are packaged securely and delivered to you as quickly as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle dispatch, shipping, and delivery.

1. Processing Times

  • Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment being received.

  • Custom-made and personalised items take longer to produce. We will confirm estimated completion and delivery times with you at the time of order.

2. Delivery Methods & Costs

  • We deliver within the UK and internationally.

  • Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We typically use Royal Mail or other reliable couriers for our deliveries.

  • Tracking details (where applicable) will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK orders: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • International orders: usually 7–21 working days, depending on destination and local postal services.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on external factors (e.g. customs processing, postal strikes, weather conditions).

4. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

  • CreArtive Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at creartivedesignns@gmail.com.

  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Delays Outside Our Control

  • We are not liable for delivery delays outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs checks, or strikes.

  • Where possible, we will keep you informed of any major delays.

7. Market Stall Purchases

  • Items purchased in person at St Albans Market are provided immediately at the point of sale. Shipping does not apply.
