These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.creartivedesign.co.uk and the purchase of products from CreArtive Design (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

  • These Terms apply between you, the user of this website, and Asli Akkoyunoglu trading as CreArtive Design.

  • If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using our site immediately.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (including text, images, graphics, designs, and logos) is the property of CreArtive Design, unless uploaded by users.

  • You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You must not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use this website:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

  • To copy, share, or distribute protected content without permission.

  • All items are handmade, and slight variations in size, colour, or design may occur, making each piece unique.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only; colours may vary depending on your device screen.

  • Custom-made or personalised items will be produced according to your specifications.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website or, in some cases, via direct communication with us.

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept secure payment via approved third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit card).

6. Delivery

  • We deliver within the UK and internationally.

  • Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.

  • Delivery times for custom orders vary, and we will confirm an estimated timeframe when you place your order.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Full details are set out in our separate Refunds & Returns Policy.

  • In summary:

    • Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days in their original condition for a refund (excluding delivery costs).

    • Custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty or damaged. We will work closely with you during the design process to ensure your satisfaction.

    • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Cancellations

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases (except for custom or personalised items).

  • To cancel an order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your goods.

9. Market Stall Purchases

  • Purchases made in person at St Albans Market are not covered by the same cancellation rights as online orders.

  • Refunds or exchanges for market purchases are offered at our discretion, unless the item is faulty.

10. Website Availability

  • We aim to keep our website accurate, available, and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time without notice.

11. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence, or personal injury caused by us.

  • We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, natural disasters).

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
