confirmed at order.

3. Delivery methods: UK and international shipping available; costs calculated
at checkout.

4. Estimated times: UK (2–5 working days), International (7–21 working days).

5. Customs & duties: Customer responsibility outside the UK.

6. Lost or damaged items: Replacement or
refund arranged after investigation.

7. Market Stall: In-person purchases do not involve shipping.

Please note that custom orders are non-cancellable, as each item is made especially for you. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, do get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
