I hope that your order will arrive safely and promptly and that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if that is not the case for whatever reason, please contact me, and we will try my best to help in any way I can to resolve the issue.

Refunds will only apply to faulty goods that are returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

Please contact me before returning an item. Note, the buyer is responsible for the costs of the return postage.
Personalised or custom orders cannot be refunded unless an error is made on the order or the item has a defect.

Please note orders cannot be cancelled once posted.

Posting
For items are in stock and ready for delivery, I aim to have the items posted within 1-3 business days from the date of the order.
Bespoke orders and their delivery time will be provided once you put your request.

 Delivery  

I send out all products by Royal Mail 1st class* delivery (this could take around 1-3 working days to arrive depending on location) or International Standard Delivery (7-10 working days). All international delivery options are available upon request and are belongs to the customer.

You may choose to receive your product by Signed For® 1st Class with an additional fee. Please contact for a quote.

*Delivery takes longer than usual due to the constraints of the current situation.

Unfortunately, I can't be held responsible for lost or damaged items in the post. However, should this rare event occur, I will do everything I can to follow up with the delivery company and work with you to try to resolve the problem. In case of the need, the delivery company may leave the parcel in a secure or sheltered place. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide such a place if they are not around.

However, for any reason if you can't provide such place then, please select the Signed For® option – for a small additional cost. This will add an extra protection for your item.

If you would like to add another layer of insurance to the postage, please contact me to discuss possibilities.
You may leave special delivery instructions (e.g. safe place, mobile number or email address if you want to be notified of the delivery).

Please note that for international delivery, any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items will be sent to the address provided with your order. Please make sure the details are correct before ordering, as you would be responsible for any additional posting charges in case the parcel is returned to me due to wrong details provided. Postage and packaging costs are accurate at the date and time of this offer.

Custom orders
For more options in regards to variations in colour, length and pricing changes, please contact me with your request.
If you can't quite find what you'd like or would like a different size, or a different colour please message and I'd be happy to try to create something especially for your custom need. You don't have to be very specific, just let me know what you are after, your style and your colour preferences, and I will use my own initiative to make something unique and bespoke.

Cancellations of custom orders are not accepted, however, if there is a problem with your order, please message me for assistance.

All items are handmade, and as such, they may be subject to slight variations or imperfections on occasion. Please be aware that due to differences in lighting and computer monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the photographs on the listing, however, I'm trying my best to make colours appear as close as possible.
