If you’d like a variation in colour, size, length, or design, I’d be delighted to create something bespoke for you. Simply share your ideas, style, or colour preferences — you don’t need to be too specific — and I’ll use my creativity and expertise to craft a piece that’s truly unique.

Please note that custom orders are non-cancellable, as each item is made especially for you. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, do get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.

All of my items are handmade with care in a smoke-free, pet-free home. As with all handmade creations, there may be slight variations or imperfections that add to their uniqueness, and colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Please note that some products contain small parts and should be kept away from young children. Returns & Exchanges

· Refunds or exchanges for market stall purchases are offered at our discretion, unless the item is faulty.

· If an item purchased at the market is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For items are in stock and ready for delivery, I aim to have the items posted within 1-3 business days from the date of the order.

Bespoke orders and their delivery time will be provided once you put your request.

I send out all products by Royal Mail second class* delivery (this could take around 2-5 working days to arrive depending on location) or International Standard Delivery (7-10 working days). All international delivery options are available upon request and are belongs to customers

If you'd like a custom combination of colours, please contact me with your request. A different colour, size just let me know. I will be happy to do it.
